General Guidelines	Server Guidelines
1. All orders require a 50% deposit; non-refundable. Balance of payment is due approximately 7-10 days prior to delivery. 2. All prices are F.O.B. our New York factory. Packing and delivery charges are additional. 3. Deliveries to New York or New Jersey are subject to state sales tax. 4. All prices are for stock size only. Where applicable, contact New York showroom for pricing of custom sizes. 5. All prices are based upon standard wood finishes. For special finishes, the following up-charges apply: Pickled or Whitewashed 2 Color Paint Gold, Silver or Copper Leaf Gold Leaf (Trim Only) Hi-Gloss Lacquer 4 Color Paint Crackle Paint +10% +10% +20% +10% +20% +20% +20%	1. All servers and consoles are priced with Plainwood tops. 2. Special tops are priced as follows:   Parquet (insert): $ 90 square foot Marble: At Cost 3. Custom fitted pacific cloth silverware drawer liners are priced as follows:   Service for 12 $ 460 Flat Liner with over-flap $ 385 4.
